All music genre nominees are granted ONE complimentary general admission ticket. We know who you are so, your name will be on the list at Will Call. All additional tickets purchased are being offered to you at a 50% off the full price ticket using promo code "nominee", so don't delay! You may purchase as many as you like for band members, friends, family and fans.
There are 24 banquet tables of ten featuring a four course dinner. These can be purchased as a full table of 10 or single or pairs of seats. These tables/seats are premium and will go quickly.
There is abundant, easy access parking at the adjacent lot just west of the Theater off Hollywood Blvd. Flat Rate for the entire evening.

The HMMA has arranged special discounted room rates at the world renowned W Hotel, located just one block west of the Fonda Theater on Hollywood Blvd. To insure your room rate, you must make reservations before October 17th! When making your reservations, mention you are with the HMMA to receive the group rate.
The HMMA's red carpet will be in the venue to the right of the main entrance. Red Carpet arrivals begin at 5:00 and continue through 8:00 (show start) All nominees will have the opportunity to walk the red carpet, be photographed and briefly interviewed in a designated area off the carpet. There are many nominees so, it is requested you limit your carpet time so everyone can experience it. After the carpet, please enter the venue and get situated.
A show program listing all nominees and award presentations, including a MIMIpro schedule, will be available to all show attendees. Please pay attention when your award category is coming up. If you're in the balcony and your name is announced, it will take several minutes to reach the stage so, BE ON THE MAIN FLOOR WHEN YOUR CATEGORY COMES UP. It would be a shame for you to miss out on accepting your award in front of everybody!
The HMMA will have prop award plaques for the event. All plaques are ordered and manufactured AFTER the ceremony. This is necessary to insure award plaques are not lost, damaged or stolen at the event and allows you to enjoy yourself without that burden.
If your name is announced as the winner of your category, please waste no time in getting to the podium. You'll have a brief moment to say thank you and exit the stage. It's far more classy to exit gracefully than to be cut off at the podium...please keep it short & sweet.
VIP GIFT BAG INSERTS:
The HMMA has a VIP Gift Bag insert option we offer nominees and companies. To take advantage of this option, a promotional fee is required to have your material in the 250 VIP Gift Bags. You may bring still cameras and Flip video cams, but all other video cameras and equipment is not allowed without express permission from HMMA production and/or publicity staff.
Please refrain from bringing CDs or other promotional materials to the awards show. You'll have plenty of opportunities to promote and network at the MIMIpro Industry Mixer Friday, Nov. 16 and Saturday, Nov. 17 at The W Hotel lounge. We expect all attendees to be courteous and respectful.
