HMMA's Road to Hollywood - Sonic Ashtanga
HOLLYWOOD, CA - JULY 26, 2012: HMMA Premieres the first of an ongoing series entitled "Road to Hollywood, Making it to the Main Stage". This pilot episode features the story of Imran Raza's journey to the HMMA's in 2011 including assembling a globally diverse 10+ piece band together for a HMMA first ever 7 minute feature opening performance. The band, "Sonic Ashtanga", took home the award for the World category and won the hearts and minds of the Hollywood elite in attendance that evening with their mystical world fusion rock epic entitled "Be Like the Onion".
